We register private limited companies, single member companies, and partnership firms end to end, from choosing the right structure to your incorporation certificate and the FBR registration that follows it.
26 Years of FBR Registration & Tax Filing ExperienceRegistering a company isn't the only way to start a business in Pakistan, and it isn't always the right one. The structure you pick affects your liability, your compliance burden, and how easily you can bring in partners or investors later.
We walk through what you're building, how many owners are involved, and how you plan to grow, before recommending a structure, not the other way around.
What we ask for depends on the structure you choose. Here's the starting checklist, we'll confirm anything specific to your registration during our initial review.
Six steps, from choosing a structure to your first day of operating legally.
We confirm the right structure for your situation and prepare three proposed names in priority order.
We submit your name reservation through SECP's eZfile portal and confirm approval, typically same-day.
We draft your Memorandum and Articles of Association to match your actual business objectives and ownership.
We submit your complete incorporation application, director/subscriber CNICs, and registered office details on eZfile.
Once SECP approves your application, we verify your Certificate of Incorporation and company documents.
We register your NTN with FBR, help open your company bank account, and register for sales tax if your business needs it.
A Certificate of Incorporation makes your company a legal entity, but it doesn't make it operational. You still need an NTN from FBR before you can file taxes, a company bank account before you can transact, and sales tax registration if your business crosses those thresholds.
Beyond setup, SECP expects ongoing compliance too: an annual return, and a notice of any change to your directors or share capital. We handle the incorporation and the registrations that follow it as one continuous process, not a handoff you have to manage yourself.
See Our NTN Registration ServiceWe've registered companies, firms, and sole proprietorships since 2000, through every change to SECP's rules and portals.
We recommend a private limited company, single member company, or partnership based on your actual needs, not a one-size-fits-all answer.
We don't stop at your certificate, we handle NTN registration, bank account setup, and sales tax registration in the same engagement.
Based in Lahore, registering businesses for clients across Pakistan.
It depends on liability protection, the number of owners, and how you plan to raise funding or bring in investors. A private limited company gives you a separate legal entity and limited liability but comes with more compliance. A partnership is simpler to run but partners carry personal liability for the firm's debts. A sole proprietorship is the least formal option, just an NTN in your own name, suited to a single owner testing a small business. We talk through your specific situation before recommending one.
A private company needs at least two members (shareholders). A single member company lets one individual incorporate alone while still getting the separate legal entity and limited liability of a company structure. A public company needs at least three.
You submit up to three proposed names in order of priority through SECP's eZfile portal, and the name is checked against existing companies and SECP's naming rules (nothing identical, deceptive, or containing prohibited words). A complete application submitted before 10 a.m. is typically processed the same day, later submissions the next business day. Once approved, the reserved name is held for 60 days.
A Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association, scanned CNICs of all directors and subscribers, the approved name reservation, and the company's registered office address, all submitted through SECP's eZfile portal in digital form.
Incorporation is the starting point, not the finish line. You still need to register for an NTN with FBR using your incorporation certificate, MoA, and AoA, open a company bank account, register for sales tax if your business needs it, and stay current on SECP's ongoing filings such as the annual return and any notice of changes to directors or share capital.
No. A partnership firm is registered under the Partnership Act with the provincial Registrar of Firms, not with SECP, which only handles companies. A registered partnership still needs its own NTN from FBR to operate and file taxes. We handle both the firm registration and the tax registration that follows it.
